Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Travel plans can sometimes change, and flexibility is always considered whenever possible. At the same time, each photography experience is carefully scheduled and reserved in advance.

This policy outlines how rescheduling and cancellations are handled.

Rescheduling Your Experience

Travel plans can change, and flexibility is always considered whenever possible.

You may request to reschedule your session by contacting me via WhatsApp, Email or Instagram.

Conditions:

• One reschedule is included free of charge, with at least 48 hours notice
• Additional changes may not always be possible and are subject to availability
• Requests made with less than 48 hours notice are not guaranteed and may involve adjustments or additional fees

Whenever possible, I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative.

Rescheduling Due to Weather

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, please refer to the Weather Policy.

When rescheduling is weather-related:

• no additional fees apply
• priority is given to finding the best available time slot
• flexibility depends on availability during your stay

Cancellations

If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend the experience, the deposit and cancellation conditions apply as outlined in the Deposit & Payment Policy.

As a general rule:

• the deposit is non-refundable beyond the specified conditions
• cancellations close to the scheduled date may not be eligible for refunds

Important Notes

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
• During peak seasons, availability may be limited
• It is strongly recommended to book your session early during your stay to allow flexibility if needed

Validity of the Booking

All rescheduled sessions must take place within the 12-month validity period of the original deposit.

Communication

Clear and timely communication is key.
