Availability, Deposit & Payment Methods

Booking your photo tour in Rome is designed to be simple, flexible and secure.

To confirm your experience, a 50€ deposit is required. This allows me to reserve your date and carefully plan the session around your stay in Rome.

(A) Choosing your Date & Paying the Deposit

The booking process is simple and designed to ensure availability before confirming your experience.

Step 1 - Check availability
Kindly contact me via  WhatsApp, Email or Instagram with your travel dates. This allows me to confirm that your desired time slot is available.

Step 2 - Reserve your date
Once availability is confirmed, you can proceed with the 50€ deposit directly through this website by selecting the “Reserve Your Date” option on the chosen experience, instead of "Pay Full Amount". 

Your booking is officially secured once the deposit is completed.

NOTE: a 2.5% provider processing fee is applied.

Alternative Payment Methods

If preferred, the deposit can also be paid through alternative methods:

1) Direct payment link (SumUp)

You will receive a secure payment link via WhatsApp or email. A 2.5% provider processing fee is applied.

2) PayPal

The deposit can be sent via PayPal.
A 6% business fee applies, unless using the “friends and family” option (not available in specific countries). 

3) Other methods
Additional options such as bank transfer, Western Union or anything you are comfortable with can be arranged.

(B) Final Payment

The remaining balance is paid at the end of the photo tour.

Accepted methods:

• Cash (preferred)
• Credit card (via portable card reader)
• PayPal or digital transfers

This allows you to confirm your booking in advance while maintaining flexibility during your trip.

Deposit Validity

The 50€ deposit secures your selected experience and remains valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

If your travel plans change and you are unable to come to Rome, the deposit can be used for a future date within this timeframe, subject to availability.

Deposit Policy & Refunds

The deposit is designed to secure your time slot while remaining as flexible as possible for travelers.

• 100% refundable within 5 days from the payment
• 50% refundable up to 2 weeks before the scheduled date
• Non-refundable within 2 weeks from the experience

Transaction fees which cannot be refunded:

• PayPal: 6%
• SumUp: 2.5%
• Shopify (this website): 2.5%
