CUSTOMIZATION

The itinerary, pace and flow of the tour can be adapted to your preferences. In particular it's possible to:

• Create a custom itinerary from scratch with your favorite spots
• Combine 2, 3 or 4 full itineraries at a bundle price, on separate shooting days (increasing the duration, final number of photos and locations)
• Add 1-2 extra locations to an itinerary

📸 How many photos are included?

It depends on the type of photo session and the chosen length.

• Couple, Solo, Family & Maternity Photo Tours : 45 edited photos (3 hours), 20 edited photos (1 hour)
• Wedding Photo Tours: 60 or 120 photos package (3 or 6 hours)
• Surprise Proposal Photo Tours: 60 edited photos (3 hours), 25 edited photos (1 hour)

📁 Can I get the RAW files?

The original pictures, straight out of the camera, are not included in the price. They can be purchased as add-on here, or paid directly in location at the end of the shoot.

You can also choose to only receive ALL the original pictures, slightly edited, instead of the edited photos included in the package, for the same price.

💃🏼 I’ve never posed before, is that a problem?

Not at all. Most of my clients have never had a professional photoshoot before. I’ll guide you naturally throughout the experience, focusing on movement and interaction rather than stiff poses. The goal is to create relaxed, spontaneous images that feel like you.

👗 What should I wear?

For Classic Photo Tours: Colorful dresses or outfits always stand out more against the monuments. The colors I think work best are blue, pink, yellow and red. I would avoid orange, beige or brown since it's too similar to the backgrounds. If you are looking for a more formal and elegant photoshoot also black or white can work too. Heels can be paired with a comfortable pair of shoes for the longer parts of the walk.

For Wedding Photo Tours: of course, your wedding attire! Also you can bring a more casual change to get variety in the final part of the shoot

👒 What about accessories?

You can definitely bring your favorite accessories to the shoot, examples are: travel hats, which always add a nice holiday touch, sunglasses, a fan, a nice handbag, jewelry, or any object dear to you.

💳 How does payment work?

You can choose (1) to pay the full amount here in this page; or (2) secure your booking with a 50€ deposit, paying then the remaining balance at the end of the photoshoot in cash or credit card. You can purchase the deposit here

🕰️ What if we’re late? Delay Policy

A short delay is not a problem. However, significant delays may reduce the number of locations covered. Note: after 30 minutes an additional Delay Fee will begin to be added: 15€ / 15 min.

🌧️ What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of rain or unfavorable conditions, we can reschedule to the adjacent days or adapt the itinerary to sheltered locations. Rome offers beautiful alternatives in every season.

👶 Is it suitable for kids / seniors?

(Only on Family Photo Tour)
Yes. The pace and route can be adapted to suit children and seniors, with breaks, shorter walking distances or taxi rides in between.
