How Booking Works

Booking your photo tour in Rome is a simple and guided process, designed to ensure clarity, flexibility and a personalized experience from the very first contact.

Step 1: Check Availability

Before booking, kindly contact me via WhatsApp, Email or Instagram with your travel dates.

This allows me to confirm availability and suggest the best time based on light conditions and your schedule.

Step 2: Choose Your Experience

Once availability is confirmed, you can select the experience that best fits your needs, booking directly on this website, and you can add optional add-ons and extra services.

Each product page includes different options, such as:

• duration
• itineraries or locations
• payment options (deposit or full payment)

If needed, we can refine the details together before booking.

Step 3: Secure Your Date

To confirm your booking, on the page of the selected experience, you can:

• pay the full amount, or
• reserve your date with a 50€ deposit

The deposit is the most common option and allows you to secure your time slot, while thinking about the remaining balance only at the end of our photo tour.

Step 4: Planning & Details

After booking, we finalize all details of your experience.

This may include:

• confirming the itinerary or locations
• sharing details about the meeting point and timing (sunrise, sunset, daytime)
• optionally customize the itinerary
• answering any questions

The goal is to ensure everything is clear and tailored to your preferences.

Step 5: The Photo Tour Experience

On the day of the session, we meet at the agreed location and begin the experience.

The session unfolds as a relaxed walk through Rome, combining exploration and photography in a natural and enjoyable way.

Throughout the experience:

• guidance is provided when needed
• moments are captured both candidly and with gentle direction
• the pace is adapted to your comfort, with optional coffee breaks

Step 6: Gallery & Photo Selection

Within approximately one week, you will receive access to a private online gallery.

From there, you will select your favorite images to be fully edited.

Step 7: Final Delivery

Once editing is completed, your final images will be delivered via a digital download link in both high resolution and social media formats.
