Delays & No-Show Policy

Photography sessions are carefully scheduled around light conditions, location flow and other bookings throughout the day. For this reason, punctuality is essential to ensure the best possible experience and final result.

Grace Period

A 20-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled meeting time.

This is intended to account for small delays that may happen while navigating the city.

Late Arrivals

After the 20-minute grace period, a late arrival fee of €15 per 15 minutes will be applied.

This ensures fairness and allows me to accommodate delays while maintaining the overall schedule.

Please note that delays may also impact the structure of the experience, including:

  • reduced time at certain locations
  • changes in route or pacing
  • missing optimal light conditions (such as sunset at the last location)

Impact on the Experience

Rome photo tours are often planned around specific lighting conditions, especially during sunrise or sunset sessions.

A late arrival may result in:

  • missing key lighting moments
  • reduced visual variety
  • a shorter or adjusted itinerary

While I will always adapt the experience as much as possible, the original conditions cannot always be fully recreated.

No-Show Policy

If no communication is received and the client does not show up at the meeting point, the session will be considered a no-show.

In this case:

  • the deposit is non-refundable
  • 70€ no-show fee will be charged

Communication

If you expect to be late, please inform me as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone.

Clear communication allows me to adjust the session when possible and provide the best possible outcome.
